Unlock Your Team's Potential with our 12-week Leadership Program, Turn Your Leaders into Coaches. This cohort-based, virtual experience focuses on developing self-awareness, identifying and overcoming biases, and enhancing interpersonal relationships among leaders within your organization. By equipping leaders with the necessary tools and strategies and teaching them how to apply them in their team's unique environment, you can expect to see a boost in productivity, focus, and margin, as well as improved employee engagement and retention.

Key Objectives:

  1. Implement regular team building and communication exercises to cultivate healthy and safe relationships based on trust and respect within the organization.

  2. Provide training and resources for employees to understand and improve their workforce resilience and mental fitness within the context of their business.

  3. Implement performance-based practices and metrics to unify the team around a culture of resilience, focus, and team flow.

  4. Encourage and facilitate the use of team language around the foundational attitudes of mindful performance in daily interactions and meetings.

  5. Implement a performance coaching program and provide training for managers and leaders to apply performance coaching skills across the organization.
