RSG Performance Participant Waiver

I wish to participate in leadership training and/or coaching with RSG Performance, which may include customized coaching sessions and programming such as the RESET program or Resilient Leadership event (hereinafter “the Event”). I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the Event is voluntary and at my own risk.

I recognize and appreciate that there are inherent hazards, risks, and dangers involved in participating in the Event, which may result in injury or illness. These risks may arise from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, as well as from the actions or negligence of others and from various factors, including but not limited to the condition of the premises. I understand that there may be risks not currently known or reasonably foreseeable. I enter into this agreement for myself and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, and assigns.

I agree to assume all risks related to the Event and to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and defend RSG Performance, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensees, successors, and contractors, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from my participation in the Event.

I understand that coaching services provided by RSG Performance are not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. The guidance and advice offered are intended for personal development and leadership enhancement. If I have concerns regarding my mental health, I will seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that any financial decisions I make in relation to the Event, including but not limited to investments in personal development or related activities, are my sole responsibility. I release RSG Performance from any liability related to such financial decisions, whether based on the advice or recommendations provided during the Event or otherwise.

 

Whether or not I am an employee of RSG Performance or an affiliate, in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Event, I accept full responsibility for any injuries, including those resulting from the negligence of any party, that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to bodily injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, economic loss, and/or property damage.

I hereby represent that I am of full legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement on behalf of myself and my heirs, representatives, and assigns. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and sign it voluntarily. I understand that if any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining portions will remain in full legal effect. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age, of sound mind, in good health, and have no physical or mental condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the Event.
