Our flagship executive leadership program was created out of the critical need for better leadership. We set out to design a training experience that was engaging, collaborative and challenging, but in a way that would teach leaders how to coach their people, rather than just manage employees. The program was built on performance-based mindfulness research out of UCSD School of Medicine, delivered in a way that destigmatizes the concepts of mental health and emphasizes application to their work and life. Simply put, we 'Turn Your Leaders into Coaches'.

Our upcoming12-week cohort offers a multi-industry group setting (one of the most valuable aspects of our open group cohorts). The training includes weekly 90-min group trainings, individual assignments, and a weekly 60-min group coaching session. This is a shared experience that not only increases psychological safety, trust, resilience and mental fitness, it also improves team engagement and productivity.

Key Objectives1) Cultivate healthy and safe relationships based on trust and respect within the organization. 2) Understand workforce resilience and mental fitness within the context of their business. 3) Demonstrate performance-based practices​ that unify the team around a culture of resilience, focus and team flow. 4) Articulate and develop team language around the foundational attitudes of mindful performance. 5) Apply performance coaching skills across the organization (Action & Integration).

When leaders are equipped with the foundational methods and tools of this coaching program, and taught how to use them within the context of their team environment, they will maximize their potential to thrive in highly competitive markets. Not only will businesses realize an increase in productivity, fulfillment, focus and margin, this kind of organizational development will increase employee connectedness and retention.

Our next cohort begins Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 and will meet every Wednesday from11:30am-1:00pm, until November 22nd, 2022. One additional hour of group coaching will be offered each week for questions and integration (TBD).


Pairing this experience with 1:1 coaching is highly recommended, and at additional cost.
