Bios
Monnica has two decades of international corporate leadership and coaching experience, operating with multiple titles, including SVP Operations, Head of Sales and SVP of Human Resources. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Economics from the University of Utah, and is a trained mindfulness coach through UCSD’s School of Medicine and Center for Mindfulness. With her deep knowledge of business operations, and a passion to drive results, Monnica brings a coaching perspective that very few can offer. In her free time, Monnica serves on two local non-profit boards; The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake and Trauma-Informed Utah.

Brad has 20+ years of leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including supply chain and logistics, professional and amateur sports, brand marketing, commercial construction and healthcare. After coaching athletes for more than a decade, he returned to school in 2016 to study sport psychology and begin his journey to Executive Coaching. He's a certified mindfulness coach through UCSD School of Medicine, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and earned his Executive MBA from the David Eccles School of Business.​ In his free time, Brad serves as Board Chair for Trauma-Informed Utah, is a President's Ambassador for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake.
